Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any communication you have with Masterson Marketing & AI Solutions LLC ("we," "us"), an Ohio limited liability company at 569 S Roys Ave, Columbus, OH 43204. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.
Paid services are governed by a separate written service agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls.
What we do
We provide marketing and communications services on retainer and on a project basis to businesses and nonprofit organizations. That work includes social media management and content production, brand and collateral development, websites and landing pages, AI and workflow automation, outreach systems, grant research and writing, program and curriculum development, and funder- and donor-facing materials.
SMS and text messaging terms
By giving us your number, you agree to receive texts When you provide your mobile number to us — through a form, by replying to a message, or by asking us to contact you — you consent to receive text messages from Masterson Marketing & AI Solutions about your inquiry, appointments, and the services you asked about.

- Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no messages after that.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We never sell or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Automated and AI-assisted communication
Some of our messages and replies are generated by automated systems, including AI. These systems are configured to gather basic information and schedule appointments. They do not quote prices, provide technical or safety advice, or make binding commitments on our behalf. If a conversation needs a person, it will be handed to one.
No guarantee of results
Any performance guarantee we offer is stated in a signed service agreement and is limited to what that agreement says. Nothing on this website is a promise of specific revenue, lead volume, appointment volume, or business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your pricing, staffing, capacity, market conditions, and third-party platform policies.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information.
- Do not use this site or our services for anything unlawful.
- If you become a client, obtain the consent required by law from your own customers before we message them on your behalf.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and systems on this site belong to Masterson Marketing & AI Solutions LLC. Materials we create specifically for a paying client are addressed in that client's service agreement.
Third-party platforms
Our services depend on third-party providers including phone carriers, messaging platforms, advertising networks, and software vendors. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or account actions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site. Liability arising from paid services is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Venue for any dispute is Franklin County, Ohio.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
